In 2014, while solo traveling in South America, I decided to join a Yoga Alliance Teacher Training class in Peru. After completing my 200-hour RYT, I immediately began to spread my love and creativity--teaching is my favorite form of sharing a deep passion. My background is in Vinyasa flow, with a focus on mind-body connection. I embrace creative sequencing, and I'm always excited to collaborate with you on any yoga and mind-body needs. Please reach out if you'd like to chat about personalized sequencing or lessons!
Use your mat as a safe space -- a place to disconnect with everything outside your mat, to recharge. So that when you reconnect, you are stronger, you are brighter, and your power and light build their maximum potential.
Openness isn't easy. Naturally it summons a sense of vulnerability, and requires faith--the belief that with good intentions, things will work out. In order to open ourselves to new ideas, we must release our ego and invite others to share and learn with us. It is from there that we grow.
Follow your intuition through this flow, embracing the transitions and tuning into the breath.
Getting your muscles warmed up before jumping on the wall can not only help prevent injury, it can also get you climbing your best right off the bat.
On the mornings where a smile and reset intention aren’t enough, I welcome a little moving meditation to get the energy flowing.
The peak is not about perfection. Our best comes when we understand we are not perfect, and despite this, we still maximize our effort.
